Collect the fees. Forget Sunday-night WhatsApps.

Filter this month's unpaid fees in one second and send bulk email reminders to everyone outstanding with one click. When it's time to follow up personally, a shortcut opens the parent's WhatsApp with the message already drafted — you just hit send. For card and recurring SEPA, Stripe handles it on its own: charges on the right day, retries if it fails, sends the receipt to the family. For Bizum to the sensei's phone, cash or transfer: find the student, tap "Mark as paid" and pick the method — from your computer or from your phone on the tatami.

Most national federations don't have an open public API. We don't promise what we can't deliver. What we do: generate the CSV / PDF / XLSX in the exact format each federation requires, ready to upload to their portal or attach to an email.

Replaces: filling in federation forms by hand.
What few others have: federation-specific templates (RFEJYDA, IBJJF, FIJLKAM, FFJDA and more), kept up to date whenever a federation changes the format.

Job 05 · Public club website

Your club gets its own website. Choose from several designs.

Every Tatamios club gets its own public website at a unique URL (e.g. tatamios.com/c/your-club). You pick from several design templates and preview it with your real data before publishing. No designer to hire. No hosting to pay. No HTML to learn. No three-month wait.

The site includes: club information (schedule, location, contact), a pre-registration page to capture new students, and a smart notice board where the sensei posts tournaments, schedule changes, exam dates and announcements. Parents and supporters browse it without an account.

The notice board also answers questions: it has a smart search that replies by combining what the sensei has published. It always cites the source.

Want a photo and video gallery? Connect the club's social networks (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) — the widgets refresh on their own every time you post. Tatamios doesn't store photos: they pull from your own Instagram.

Real case: between classes, a parent walks up and asks about their child's fee or grade. You pull out the phone, unlock with fingerprint, open the app, type the child's name in the search and in 15 seconds you have the full record — fee, attendance, grade, techniques mastered, next exam.

How your club is doing, in five seconds.

The first thing you see when you log in: month's revenue, active students, pending payments, upcoming exams, certificates about to expire, upcoming birthdays — without having to look for them. And a separate tab to dig deeper: how this month is going vs last, retention by children/teen/adult category, intake, exam pass rate, yearly trend. Data built to make decisions, not charts to show off.
